CONSTRUCTION PLANS
A complete set of House Construction Plans will be prepared to meet 2020 Florida Buildings Codes and industry standard, as applicable, suitable to obtain a building permit and for construction. The construction plans will include the following:
- Cover/Title Sheet
- Foundation Plan
- Finished Floor Plan and Exterior Elevations
- Roof Framing Plan (supplied by others)
- Building Structural Details drafting (supplied by others)
- Structural floor slab, and wall sections and details, as deemed necessary
- Lintel details and schedule
- Buck framing details for all windows & doors
- Typical header and Masonry wall opening reinforcing details
- Roof framing plan, construction details, and tie-down schedules, as needed
- Components and Cladding Product Approval Affidavit Chart
- Electrical Lighting and Receptacle Plan Layout
- HVAC Layout Plan (supplied by others)
